You’ll ensure quick and easy service and keep the store clean and clutter-free, with roles across Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment. A day in Sales/Customer Service includes keeping the floor runway ready, assisting customers at cashiering, operating POS, fitting room support, organizing stockrooms, and promoting

Responsibilities

• Maintain a runway-ready sales floor through merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at cashier with transactions across platforms and operate the POS system.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and adhere to operational standards.
• Receive and unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan and process shipments and maintain stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including events, backroom organization, and markdowns.
