Job summary

Massage Envy Slidell is hiring at our Slidell, LA location. We are dedicated to helping clients feel their best through Total Body Care and massage services.

As part of our team, you will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on wellness programs, and help grow our client base with a friendly, customer-focused approach. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and wellness programs, and drive bookings and retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
