Massage Envy Hattiesburg is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet clients, explain Total Body Care options, and promote the Wellness Program. You will book services, drive retail purchases, and help grow a loyal local client base.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills. A flexible schedule and in-depth product training are provided.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and the ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book appointments, and promote retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and manage clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base via in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
