Job summary

Massage Envy Hattiesburg is seeking a friendly, results-driven guest service associate to join our team. You will greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and educate guests on Total Body Care and our Wellness Program.

You will build relationships with clients, promote services and retail, and help grow a loyal client base through excellent service and a flexible schedule based on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and the ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and memberships, and encourage product purchases.
• Support clinic workflow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through outreach and referrals.

Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
