Job summary

Massage Envy Riverside Central is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote Total Body Care in a fast-paced wellness setting. You will learn product and service details, help clients schedule visits, and support retail recommendations.

Qualified candidates enjoy working with people, have solid math and computer abilities, and are motivated to grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Strong people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services to support upselling.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Massage Envy Wellness Program; book services and encourage retail purchases.
• Manage front-desk duties: greet clients, answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.

Qualified Candidates

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
