Job summary

Massage Envy Camarillo is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote Total Body Care. The role includes scheduling services, educating clients on offerings, and supporting store operations. Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Good math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
