Job summary

Massage Envy Verdae Village in Greenville is seeking team members to help guests on their wellness journey. Provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on services, book appointments, and support clinic flow.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with day and evening shifts. You will be eligible for benefits, a monthly free massage or skincare service, and ongoing training to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Comfort with numbers and basic math; capable of multitasking.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
