Job summary

Massage Envy Downtown Greenville is seeking team members to provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and promote the Wellness Program. You will schedule services, help grow the client base, and support a welcoming, high-energy environment that values guests and assists them in choosing the right massage and skincare options.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible shift options, including day, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills are required.
• Excellent people skills and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Love the challenge of selling
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.
