Job summary

Coker Group in Sawyer, MI is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls about Corvette parts and help customers with orders.

Essential Functions

• Selling Corvette parts primarily through in-coming phone calls.
• Customer Service: answering questions and finding solutions to problems while utilizing our software, website and 200+ years of experienced staff.
• Following up with previous customers.
• Generating quotes for international orders.
• Online chatting through our website.

• Demonstrates a high level of customer service empathy, professionalism, and respect.
• Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers' concerns are understood, and resolution is clearly explained.
• Process customer orders/changes/ returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Exemplifies high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement.
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• A willingness to learn and a passion for helping people.
• Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.
