Job summary

AVA Technologies is hiring a customer-focused sales agent in Mobile, AL. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with residents moving in, helping them set up services and upsell where appropriate.

What you bring:

• No fear of a fast pace or a full queue — service industry experience (restaurants, bars, retail, hospitality) is a huge plus
• Comfortable talking to strangers and making them feel like regulars
• Some sales, upselling, or commission-based experience (formal or informal)
• Thick skin for "no" and the persistence to turn it into "yes"
• A team player who also knows how to close on their own

What you'll get:

• $10/hour base + uncapped commission — the harder you work, the more you take home (no tip-outs required)
