We’re expanding our Virginia Beach team and looking for a Sales & Customer Engagement Representative to help create strong customer experiences while supporting our clients’ sales initiatives.

In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment. You’ll learn our clients’ products and services, identify what customers are looking for, and help connect them with solutions that fit their needs.

A Day in the Role

Your day will center around customer interaction. You’ll start by staying up to date on current client offerings, promotions, and sales goals before working directly with customers throughout the day.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Starting conversations and building rapport with customers
• Asking questions to understand individual needs
• Presenting relevant products, services, and promotions
• Providing clear and accurate information
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales goals
• Working alongside your team to create a professional and engaging customer experience
