We are hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This position provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, communication, business development, and leadership development within a team-oriented environment. You’ll interact directly with customers while supporting client sales campaigns. The role focuses on creating positive customer interactions, understanding individual needs, presenting relevant products and services, and contributing to new sales and customer acquisition.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests
• Present appropriate products, services, and sales options
• Support customer acquisition and new sales
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Provide accurate information and answer customer questions
• Track customer interactions and sales results
• Participate in ongoing customer service, sales, and leadership training

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

• Schedule: Daytime schedule with some flexibility based on campaign needs
• Work Setting: In-person
• Experience Level: Entry level; training provided
• $18-$23 hourly pay and any applicable bonus or incentive opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
