Job summary

Vi at Lakeside Village in Florida is seeking a Sales Counselor to join a dynamic team. You will sell high-end products, build relationships, overcome objections, and strive to hit monthly goals using our proven sales techniques.

Qualified candidates have 2-3 years in direct sales, a track record as a top performer, and a valid driver's license. Familiarity with retirement/continuing care concepts preferred. Excellent organization and CRM experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services.
• Proven top producer in a sales role.
• Basic understanding of retirement industry and continuing care concepts preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Responsibilities

**Sales Counselor**

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to sell in a team-oriented environment, develop and maintain relationships and overcome objections to close sales and achieve monthly goals. This position is responsible for achieving individual sales goals utilizing the Company's sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess 2-3 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services.
• Proven individual sales experience as a top producer.
• Basic understanding of the retirement industry and continuing care concepts is preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Additional Requirements Include

• Ability to understand and communicate a complex product and effectively address questions and concerns during the sales process.
• Requires excellent organization, communication and follow-through skills.
• Upbeat, positive, flexible, team player with an enthusiastic personality and a high regard for integrity.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, REPS preferred.

Pay Range
