Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Sales Counselor at Lakeside Village in Florida to drive sales, build relationships, and address client needs. You will work within a team, apply our proven sales techniques, and strive to meet monthly targets while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of direct sales experience with high-end products and be capable of managing CRM systems to track prospects and close deals. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct sales experience in high-end products or services.
• Proven top producer in individual sales.
• Basic understanding of retirement/continuing care concepts preferred.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Sales Counselor

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to sell in a team-oriented environment, develop and maintain relationships and overcome objections to close sales and achieve monthly goals. This position is responsible for achieving individual sales goals utilizing the Company's sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess 2-3 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services.
• Proven individual sales experience as a top producer.
• Basic understanding of the retirement industry and continuing care concepts is preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Additional requirements include:

• Ability to understand and communicate a complex product and effectively address questions and concerns during the sales process.
• Requires excellent organization, communication and follow-through skills.
• Upbeat, positive, flexible, team player with an enthusiastic personality and a high regard for integrity.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, REPS preferred.

Pay Range
