Job summary

WWBT-TV/Gray Media in Richmond, VA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our advertising sales team. You’ll help keep television and digital campaigns moving, working closely with sellers and clients to ensure great service.

You will assist with orders, revisions, and tracking; prepare sales presentations and client reports; coordinate materials with clients and agencies; and collaborate with sales, traffic, and accounting to resolve scheduling and billing questions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Comfort working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or media sales is a plus. Familiarity with WideOrbit or Matrix is helpful.

Job Summary/Description:

Are you positive, organized, detail-oriented, and someone a team can count on? WWBT/WUPV, 12 On Your Side, and CW Richmond are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our advertising sales team.
