Job summary

RHP Properties in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks a Sales Coordinator for Meadowbrook community in Toledo, OH to implement sales and financing strategies that increase occupancy and community value. This role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

This is a part-time position at 10 hours per week with competitive compensation and commissions, and a valid driver’s license to travel between communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience; property management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain occupancy.
• Research market, demographics, competition, products, customer needs and follow up on sales leads.
• Create plans to market the community to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on new and used home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and maintain contact with vendors.
• Prepare advertising materials with Regional Manager to gain marketplace visibility.
• Understand and document customer, vendor and financial transactions for future clients.
• Assist Community Manager with general office responsibilities.
• Assist with cleaning, repairing and making homes available for sale.

We are presently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Meadowbrook community, located in Toledo, Ohiowho will implement sales and financing strategies to increase the value of home sites and community sales while maintaining and increasing occupancy and revenue for10 hours per week.

As a successful Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, generate interest, establish positive relationships with the community and to maintain and increase occupancy.
• Research market, demographics, competition, products, customer needs and follow through on all sales leads and referrals.
• Create plans and take proactive measures to market the community to prospective customers.
• Work in conjunction with the Community Manager in new and used home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and maintain regular contact with vendors.
• With the Regional Manager, prepare advertising materials in order to gain visibility in the marketplace.
• Implement sales and financing strategies to increase the value of home sites and community.
• Understand, communicate and document all customer, vendor and financial transactions for future potential clients.
• Assist Community Manager with general office responsibilities.
• Assist with cleaning, repairing and making homes available for sale.
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales experience required; property management experience, preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
