Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team in planning and executing events, coordinating with prospects, and scheduling visits for consultants. The role involves accurate CRM data entry in Salesforce and generating timely reports.

The ideal candidate has a background in sales or hospitality, strong communication and public speaking skills, and a willingness to grow into Sales Consultant opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with planning and executing marketing events.
• Communicate with prospects and schedule visits/appointments for sales consultants.
• Enter accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM) and complete timely reports.
• Monitor and order sales and marketing collateral.
• Assist the sales team with outreach strategy and conducting outreach visits.
