Job summary

RAPA SE is seeking a Sales Support professional located in Selb, Germany. In this role, you will support account managers from project initiation to production, managing customer requirements and communications to ensure satisfaction.

• Ongoing support for (key) account managers from acquisition, through the start of the project to series production (SOP) and subsequent series production support, including commercial support for change management
• Processing of customer requirements/inquiries, incl. coordination of meeting deadlines and customer communication
• Preparation, creation and dispatch of quotations, including coordination with internal project managers, controlling and the costing department
• Maintaining the quotation and customer database as well as the OEM / 1st / 2nd tier supplier portals
• Creation of reports and analyses
• Making and preparing appointments for customer visits and external customer appointments

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training / studies with a business administration focus or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector or in industries with a high scaling factor
• Knowledge of project management
• High degree of cost awareness and goal orientation
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and flexibility
• Ideally experience of working in matrix organizations
• Assertiveness, high level of initiative and independent working style
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips in Europe
