• Ensuring the achievement of company and group targets through proactive controlling as a business partner to the management
• Preparation of and responsibility for management reporting for the individual companies and the Group
• Preparation of budgets, plans and forecasts for the individual companies and the Group
• Analyzing deviations, developing recommendations for action and supporting strategic decisions as well as developing earnings and cost measures
• Collaboration in the preparation of the annual financial statements at individual company and group level

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration or similar (ideally with a focus on controlling / finance / accounting)
• Several years of professional experience in controlling (ideally in an industry-related field)
• Knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Commercial as well as goal- and result-oriented thinking and acting
• Reliability, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Confident handling of MS Office programs and the use of ERP systems
• Ideally initial experience in the use of Lucanet
