Responsibilities

• Scheduling of Production-Run Materials and Customer Orders
• Validation of customer requirements
• Supplier and Customer Support
• Coordination of supplier management and oversight of suppliers
• Transfer of finished products from the project phase to series production
• Collaboration in project teams

Your profile

• Completed business apprenticeship with relevant work experience, or a degree with a focus on logistics, or comparable training with relevant continuing education
• Ideally, professional experience in production planning and scheduling or purchasing
• Experience managing international supply chains
• A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and suppliers via phone and written communication
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency with IT systems (ERP and Microsoft) and experience with production planning and scheduling (PPS) programs
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
