• Overall responsibility for achieving project goals—from planning to successful completion
• Leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams
• Organizational design of the project, in particular the distribution of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities
• Proactive communication and transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Management and controlling of schedule, budget, and performance progress
• Preparation, moderation, and documentation of project meetings and decision documents

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering etc.) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Confident use of project management methods and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, Polarion
• High level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands‑on mentality, leadership skills in a project environment, willingness to perform, perseverance, and resilience
• Business fluent in German and English skills
