Job summary

RAPA SE is seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Selb, Germany. You will serve as a key advisor to managers and staff, helping implement the HR strategy, refining processes, and shaping a future-oriented corporate culture.

You’ll consult on labor law, support the full employee lifecycle, manage workforce planning and talent development, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change in a medium-sized, family-owned automotive supplier.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR management, business administration, business psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the HR field.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law.
• Strong consulting, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of initiative with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
• Empathetic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder awareness.
• Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills.
• Very good written and spoken German.

Responsibilities

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources management, business administration, business psychology, or a comparable qualification
