Job summary

84 Lumber seeks a coordinator in El Paso, TX to support sales teams with customer service, estimates, and material sourcing. You will handle invoicing, AR processes, and timely billing while maintaining store operations under the Store Manager.

The role requires familiarity with POS, inventory, and HR systems; tasks include order entry, data entry, and customer communication. Monday–Friday, 7AM–5PM; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient with invoicing and POS systems.
• Experience with inventory systems.
• Experience with HR systems.
• Proficient with word processing software.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and internet software.
• Able to respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to analyze problems and data; interpret complex instructions.
