HHM Hotels is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support property sales leaders with administrative tasks. The role involves handling calls, processing proposals and contracts, and coordinating room and meeting space bookings.

Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are preferred. Prior hotel or sales experience is a plus but not required; a professional demeanor and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and relay account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities.
• Interact with clients professionally and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records updated.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space, and banquet space as needed.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
