Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, lead generation, and reporting while delivering the warm, light-hearted hospitality that defines our brand across our properties. You will coordinate data entry, contract activities, and client summaries to help drive new business and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in sales operations or coordination is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for daily sales operations and data entry.
Track Salesforce activity and maintain accurate records.
Assist with contracts, proposals, RFP responses, and client summaries.
Identify and qualify new business leads to build a qualified pipeline.
Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers and hotel partners to identify opportunities and present tailored solutions.
Support special projects and events as needed.
