Job summary

The Westin Cincinnati - Sales Coordinator is part of Aimbridge Hospitality. You will join a fast-paced sales team to keep processes running smoothly, coordinate small group events, and ensure guest and hotel interactions are seamless.

You’ll support the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager, bringing strong organizational and communication skills to a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filing and contracts management to keep records flawless and data entry sharp.
• Bridge teams and clients, ensuring smooth internal and external communications.
• Greet clients and team members with a professional touch and coordinate small group sales.
• Stay flexible to cover regular days, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.
• Support sales targets and help the sales process meet and exceed milestones.
