Yusen Logistics in the United States is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Sales Executives and Directors in developing new business. You will coordinate with branch operations, product teams, and customers to manage the full life cycle of the sales process, from proposals to onboarding of new customers.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must work effectively with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives and Sales Directors in delivering quotes, proposals, and information to accounts by coordinating with operations and product teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, internal operations, and the sales team.
• Assist with onboarding of new customers and implementation of new accounts.
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotes based on customer needs.
• Lead or support RFQ and RFI processes as initiated by the sales team.
