Univision communications inc is seeking a Sales Coordinator in New York to manage daily order processes and serve as a liaison to inventory and agency partners. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and at least 1 year of marketing experience in media or agencies. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Grow relationships with advertising agency counterparts and internal TelevisaUnivision departments including, not limited to: Pricing and Planning, Inventory Management, Partner Solutions, Ad Compliance, Traffic and Billing.
• Fulfill Advertiser allocations requests, ensure stewardship delivery in accordance to deal guarantees, send commercial airing times, and update clients of programming changes across networks.
• Ensure client orders are fulfilled so inventory is in approved programming compliant with all requirements.
• Work closely with Senior Sales Executive to oversee promotional assets (special integrations).
• Resolve billing discrepancies to facilitate the process in clearing invoices.
• Provide administrative support to sales team.
