Territory Training & Sales Manager - Rochester, NY

Join us at ClearCaptions, LLC as a Territory Training & Sales Manager - Rochester, NY.

Overview

Are you passionate about helping seniors and working with people? We seek a customer-centric, social individual to conduct installations at customer homes (90%) and generate referrals through community relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $75k-$80k, with uncapped upside
  • Base salary: $45k
  • Additional benefits: $550 monthly auto allowance, company phone and iPad, internet reimbursement, 401k match, fitness, tuition, and professional development reimbursements, and more

Position Summary

The TTSM is a field role focused on installing and training customers on our caption phone services, building community relationships, and generating leads. This is a remote position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install and train customers on ClearCaptions products.
  2. Educate customers and community groups about our services.
  3. Develop relationships with senior organizations and healthcare providers.
  4. Attend and educate at senior events and trade shows.
  5. Maintain inventory and records using Salesforce.
  6. Create and pursue lead-generation activities.
  7. Adapt to evolving responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
  • Versatile, proactive, and growth-minded.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Comfortable working independently from a home office.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales experience, especially with seniors or in hearing health, preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
Physical & Work Environment

Primarily work from home, with travel to customer sites, community events, and healthcare providers. Must be able to communicate effectively and handle physical demands such as lifting light boxes and extensive sitting/standing.
