What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards, communicating insights to cross-functional teams and management
- Create clear and concise data visualizations, pivot tables, graphs, and charts to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Monitor product status and performance metrics, including ranking, price competitiveness, in stock, and buy box position
- Conduct ongoing listing maintenance and updates, resolving discrepancies on dimensions, price, return rate, and safety/regulatory concerns
- Help coordinate Amazon marketing and promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and new product launch

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, digital retail, retail merchandising, project management, marketing, advertising, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce and Amazon platforms (Vendor Central required)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required; experience in Power BI, Domo, Tableau is a plus
- Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting and communication
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Domo, or Tableau
- Additional experience in digital retail or project management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating marketing or promotional activities
