Job summary

Remington Hotels Careers is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Sales, Catering and Banquets in a hotel environment. You will answer calls, transfer to the right manager, and assist with group resumes and event coordination.

This role requires meticulous administration and teamwork to ensure guest experiences are exceptional. The position involves assisting with rooming lists, deposits and payment information, preparing weekly reports, and processing commissions.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries professionally and transfer calls to the correct Sales/Catering Manager.
• Assist sales team by retrieving rooming lists, payment info, deposits and banquet guarantees.
• Prepare and distribute group resumes to department heads on Thursday by 9am.
• Manage commission payments, PO submittals, and group pickup audits using FastPay.
• Support in event coordination and client maintenance with DOS and Sales Manager.
