Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Topeka, KS is seeking dependable production workers to join our fast-paced manufacturing line. You'll work as part of a team building manufactured housing and related products, following blueprints, measurements, and safety guidelines.

Previous manufacturing or modular housing experience is welcome but not required. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and strong work ethic in a supportive, long-standing company environment.

• Ability to read blueprints and measure with a tape measure.
• Must read and follow orders and safety procedures.

Summary

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.

Qualifications

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
