Position Summary:

Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches. This full-time, entry-level sales position will be responsible for high-volume outbound calls to provide education around service offerings. The person in this role will demonstrate a commitment to world-class service in a competitive and collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and strengthen communication skills through making up to 75-100+ lead-generated dials daily from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time).
  • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow-ups via video.
  • Gain expertise about the recruitment process for 30+ sports.
  • Leverage technology such as CRM and other applicable software.
  • Learn and develop various sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings.
  • Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Six months of professional experience.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Flexibility to work some nights/weekends.
  • Sports knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of six months of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in sports, either as an athlete or coach at high school or higher level.

Background Requirements:

  • Requires a background check upon offer.
