Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will support global sales initiatives within the Sales Acceleration Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

What’s the Job?
  1. Support the global Field Sales Team by understanding internal sales processes and tools.
  2. Assist Field Account Executives with booking inquiries both domestically and internationally.
  3. Provide administrative support, generate reports, and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Train the sales team on processes and tools used.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Support, Logistics, and Channel teams to meet customer needs.
What’s Needed?
  1. Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional engagement skills.
  2. Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and sales modules.
  3. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  5. 3+ years of customer service or sales support experience preferred.
