Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking a full-time customer service representative in Rock Hill, SC. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, collect data for dispatch, and enter information across platforms in-office daily.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, comfort with multi-line phones, and flexibility for weekend shifts. Weekly pay, training, and benefits follow a national service network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from customers and enters customer data into the computer.
