Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is hiring a customer service oriented team member to support dispatch and scheduling. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather information for dispatch, enter data into the lead management system, and ensure accurate records for service crews.

This is an in-office, full-time position offering pay between $18 and $20 per hour, weekly direct deposit, paid training, and benefits after 31 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from customers and enters customer data into the computer.

• Inbound & outbound call taking, filing, and scanning.
• Correctly update all lead management reports daily.
