Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling, a leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator in Cordova, TN. This is a full-time, in-office role with weekly pay and opportunities for career advancement within a national service network.

You will follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, and help drive revenue through outbound calls and quotes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (not remote).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsibilties of a Sales Lead Coordinator:

Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team. You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
