Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking an in-office Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, gather dispatch information, and manage data across multiple platforms. This full-time, year-round role requires reliable attendance and strong computer/phone skills.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM. Paid training, health insurance after 31 days, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer.
• Gathers information from customers for dispatching purposes.
• Inbound & outbound call taking, filing, and scanning.
• Correctly update all lead management reports daily.
• Enter information on all platforms.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
