Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning, an ARS partner, is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch for residential service technicians. This in-office role emphasizes routing, timely updates to customers, and efficient technician utilization.

You’ll need dispatch or call center experience, familiarity with local geography, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems. Weekend shifts may be required; full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support routing and scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office (no remote work).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential HVAC service technicians.
• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments.
• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day.
• This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations.
