Job summary

PREMIER Lab Supply, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Support professional in Port Saint Lucie, FL to assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and order processing.

You will coordinate export paperwork, maintain accurate customer and pricing data in internal systems, and support reports, communication with customers, and timely order fulfillment across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support or administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with quoting, order processing, and sales documentation
• Experience with export documentation or international orders preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and daily sales operations
• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and all sales documentation related to order processing.

Minimum Qualifications
