Inspire Communities is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. This position works closely with senior Sales leadership, supporting national sales initiatives, and bringing ideas to life across a growing real estate portfolio. You'll be the go-to person for everything from coordinating materials to managing systems.
Keep the sales engine running by supporting daily operations, reporting, communications, and administrative tasks
Coordinatesales materials including proposals, presentations, brochures, and event logistics
Assist with onboarding and training for new sales hires, ensuring they hit the ground running
Support CRM data management and customer/vendor portal updates
Organize meetings, trainings, and special events — from scheduling to material prep
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments or external partners
Track and report on sales performance, trends, and opportunities
Identify ways to improve sales operations and propose process enhancements
Support the SVP, Sales & Marketing with any other duties as assigned
3+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or administrative/executive support required.
Real estate or manufactured housing experience highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot) required
Strong communication and planning skills with a proactive, solutions-first attitude
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under shifting priorities
A self-starter who can balance supporting a team and working independently
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
