  • Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, and eligibility.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via calls, emails and follow up diligently.
  • Maintain student databases regularly.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Academic & Operation teams to manage leads, schedules, and documentation.
  • Support the sales team in lead management.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, orientations, and academic events.
  • Follow ups on Marketing Collaterals.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
