Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a leading fragrance and flavor manufacturer in Hazlet, NJ. The role supports Account Managers, manages price lists, forecasts, documentation, sampling and quotations, coordinating with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Financial and Customer Service.

Work schedule is Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM. The candidate should have a university degree and 2+ years of sales support experience, plus account management exposure and strong computer and communication

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers through managing the consolidated price list, forecast, product documentation, sampling, quotations to customers and coordination with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Financial and Customer Service.
• Coordinate with Customer Service in the manufacturing plant to ensure timely completion of order release.
• Interact with customer service teams from other regions to harmonize procedures across countries.
• Analyze sales tracking reports to ensure forecasts are met and manage discrepancies or losses to drive sales.
• Receive and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure all activities comply with customer contracts.

Sales Coordinator

Location: Hazlet, NJ

Pay Rate: $23- $25 per hour DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM

Leading fragrance and flavor manufacturer located in Hazlet, NJ is in need of a Sales Coordinator to join the team!

Duties:

• Support Account Managers through managing consolidated price list, forecast, providing product documentation, sampling, quotations to customers and proper coordination with other departments such as Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Financial and Customer Service.
• Coordinate with Customer Service in the manufacturing plant to ensure timely completion of necessary steps for order release.
• Interact with customer service teams from other regions to harmonize procedures that are common across countries.
• Analyze the sales tracking reports to ensure compliance with the forecasts, support operations and manage discrepancies or losses to drive sales.
• Receive and follow-upon customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with customer contracts.

Requirements:
