Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling Overview is seeking an in-office sales support professional for a full-time, year-round role. You will help the in-home sales team by managing leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with field reps to drive revenue.

This fast-paced, in-office position requires excellent customer service, strong computer and phone skills, and flexible weekend availability. Training and onboarding are provided as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
