Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to support our in-home sales team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on following up on warm and cold leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with field reps to drive revenue.

Applicants should have 2+ years of customer service, some inside sales or lead gen experience, and strong multi-line phone skills. Military and weekend availability may be required. Background and drug screening apply.

Qualifications
