Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and relay relevant account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to relevant departments.
• Converse with clients politely and professionally and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet spaces as needed.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
