Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Rockville-Gaithersburg is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support property sales leaders with administrative tasks and client communication.

You will promptly answer calls, process proposals and contracts, and coordinate room reservations with various departments, while upholding HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines. Previous hotel or sales experience is a plus but not required; strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and relay account information to managers.
• Draft and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.

• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet spaces when needed.
• Support EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background And Skills
