Job summary

Ambient Edge is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department's daily administrative tasks and ensure compliance with big box retail clients. You will partner with the Sales Manager and various internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service or dispatch, strong MS Office and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Benefit-rich role with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Two+ years in a customer service call center or as a dispatcher.
• Ability to solve problems, multi-task and resolve conflicts for customers.
• Strong phone communication with writing and e-mail skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet browsing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatch board for the Sales Department with lead rotation and scheduling for Comfort Consultants.
• Oversee warranty activities and coordinate with Install Coordinator for job packets.
• Process customer payments and provide admin support to sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with Retail Partner contracts and review paperwork for retail jobs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us!

About the Role:

Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative tasks associated with the Sales Department and oversight of compliance with Ambient Edge's big box retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the dispatch board for the Sales Department, ensuring proper lead rotation and Comfort Consultant scheduling
• Managing warranty activities
• Work in tandem with Install Coordinator to prepare job packets and review for accuracy
• Process customer payments
• Provide administrative support for Comfort Consultants, Inside Sales Rep, Lead Generators, and Sales Manager
• Knowledge of Retail Partner contracts and requirements to ensure compliance
• Review and audit completed retail partner jobs for proper paperwork
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma/GED. Associates degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working in a customer service call center or as a dispatcher.
• Ability to quickly solve problems, multi-task and resolve conflicts for and with customers.
• Ability to talk to customers via phone with excellent people and organizational skills. Should also possess good writing and e-mail skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet Explorer. Internet experience required.
