You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, communicate with customers, and maintain a clean, prepared vehicle. We offer a take-home truck, comprehensive benefits, and strong earning potential with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required for refrigerant handling
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC systems knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive, energetic personality for field work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair homeowners’ HVAC systems efficiently and effectively
• Provide clear updates to customers about work scope and timelines
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform repairs with customer approval
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle
• Educate customers on completed work and recommended follow-ups
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay current

PAY: Average technician earnings $100,000 with top performers $160,000+!
