Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Track and follow up on leads in the CRM to meet sales goals.
• Schedule service, maintenance, sales, and follow-up appointments with urgency.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience.
• Collaborate with field teams to improve lead conversion and appointment-setting.
• Meet individual and team sales goals using company sales processes.

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field, working diligently to achieve department sales goals. You will build rapport with potential customers, convert lost opportunities into sales, and partner with sales team to establish plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert technician recommendations, unsold estimates, and sales proposals into booked appointments and sales.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-up for HVAC and Plumbing services.

• Collaborate with field teams and department managers to improve lead conversion and appointment-setting strategies.
• Meet individual and team sales goals using company sales processes, training, and Nexstar best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience preferred and proven track record in sales
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
• Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience
